As my live-in boyfriend can tell you, I am always cold.
I’m cold in the summer, freezing in the winter. Those are my two modes.
Thankfully, with fall and winter looks like these, for once, I’m celebrating my hypothermic state.
1 – Olive and Oak Women’s Pullover Sweater ($68.00, Amazon.com). Perfect with black leggings and heels, or a midi skirt, stockings, and booties.
2 – BCBG Ruba Cardigan Sweater ($166.21, Amazon.com). An open-front with allover lace jacquard, this cardigan is gorgeous over black and white clothes for work, paired with a pop of color for date night, or with jeans for a quick trip to the grocery store. Its silk and cotton blend is surprisingly thick, warm, and durable.
3 – Brunello Cucinelli Long Sleeve Navy Sweater ($650.00, Amazon.com). When you think “best sweater in the world,” you should think “Brunello Cucinelli.” I discovered these sweaters on a trip to New York a few years ago. While certainly pricey, these sweaters speak for themselves, and the classic styling makes them an investment. Beautiful.
4 – Jolt Bird with Hat Printed Sweater ($23.99, Amazon.com). Pretty adorbs. That’s all I have to say.
5 – Rachel Pally Cutout Sweater in Black ($185.00, Amazon.com). Sometimes you want something that is suggestive, but not full-out sexy. Something subtle, not in-your-face. That’s this cutout sweater. It shows a tiny bit of skin, but is not at all provocative.
Bottom Line
If you’re looking for winter sweaters, these are five great ones!
